Fees and Cancellation Policy
Fees for counselling sessions are payable a minimum of 24-hours prior to your appointment. Cash payments for in-person sessions may be made at the time of the appointment, by arrangement.
You may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring a fee.
If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply.
The cancellation fee may be waived in the case of unpredictable or serious personal emergencies, on a case by case basis.
If you are unable to attend an in-person session due to unforeseen circumstances, an online or phone session may be arranged for the previously scheduled time where possible.
If I need to cancel your appointment for any reasons, you will be advised by email or phone at the earliest opportunity and no fee will be payable.
Fees are subject to change in accordance with rising costs and my increasing professional development, in which case you will be advised in writing with at least 30 days’ notice.
