Counselling appointments and enquiries can be booked at the link below. Appointment types include individual or couple counselling. Group therapy is available by appointment.

If you haven’t yet had a counselling session with me, I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory call, so you can get a sense of whether you feel I am the right therapist for you at this time. Our relationship is such a strong foundation of our work together, so it’s important to me that you feel safe and in control of your therapy journey.

The introductory call allows us to connect informally. I can give you some additional insights into how I work, and you can bring along any questions or concerns you may have. This helps you make an informed decision about including me in your circle of support if you so choose.

It is normal to feel nervous or hesitant about reaching out for counselling for the first time, particularly if you have not seen a therapist previously, or had a negative experience. To make this as easy as possible for you, I encourage you to begin with a complimentary inquiry call as mentioned above.
